Y yo, por casualidad o sincronía, estaba en Boston, reuniéndome con asesores fiscales y legales locales, justamente revisando estructuras de inversión para clientes chilenos y latinoamericanos. La noticia nos sorprendió a todos dadas las inmediatas implicancias. #  ¿Por qué importa esta reforma para inversionistas de Chile (y Latam)?  Porque, aunque no crea nuevos impuestos, consolida y extiende beneficios tributarios clave: \*) Se mantiene la tasa corporativa baja (21%) \*) Se preservan incentivos como #FDII (para exportación de servicios) y #GILTI \*) Se reactiva la #depreciación acelerada al 100% para activos \*) Se flexibilizan límites para deducir intereses Y todo esto sucede justo después de que entrara en vigor el Convenio de Doble Tributación (#CDT) entre Chile y EE.UU., lo que cambia por completo las reglas del juego para chilenos invierten en ese país. ## ¿Qué viene en esta serie?
